SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Policy: As we are a home grown Florida business, all orders are shipped 2 business days after the order has been placed. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. While we strive to deliver orders in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for any shipping method. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Shipping Fees: Orders below $49.00 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $7.00
Free Shipping: Orders of more than $49.00 qualify for free shipping.
RETURN POLICY
Return Policy: At Fussy Dogz LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, we offer the following return policy:
Eligibility for Returns: Unused portions of the product may be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging to the original place of purchase.
Refund or Replacement: You may choose either a refund of the purchase price or a replacement of the same Fussy Dogz product.
Return Limitations: Returns are limited to the original purchaser and only one per customer.
